Novel Study T3 W6

Novel Study
This week we had another novel study to complete, my book that I picked was within these walls and it was about a little girl and her family that live in Warsaw and have to deal with the Nazis pushing them around and making them obey by they're rules. We only had 1 week to do this and there was a certain amount of points we had to get it was 80 to get at or 100 to get above. I went for 80 points.

  1. Hi Charlotte,
Your novel study looks very interesting. I really loved seeing the range of activities that you had to complete. The stretchies and rocks are such a good idea. I might try them in my own class sometime.

What was the best activity that you did and what challenges did you face as you worked on the activities? A week seems like a short time to read and complete activities. Is that the time you would normally have?

I look forward to your reply.

  2. Bula vinaka Charlotte,

This was amazing, I love how you explained everything well and as you said about the author explaining everything well, I think you might just be like that author. I really like the way you laid everything out, you made it clear and easy to understand.

When you said the part where the two girls accidentally sat on a bench and almost got beat up it reminded me of a book I read that said if you stood on a tile you werent supposed to you would die.

Next time all I would say that you might need to improve is the paragraph of text before the slide because some of it I couldn't understand, here is what I couldn't understand 'it was 80 to get at or 100 to get above'. so next time you might want to make something like that a little clearer.

Is there another book that you really like or a book you want to get?

    I hope that you reply.

    Kind Regards
    Julia

I really liked how you made the stretches they look fun to make.
The rook carters look cool to they all look fun to make.

Because you made to of the stretches does it mean you get 20 points for each?
With the review what would you rate this book is it a kids book or an senour book because it will make more people whant to read it
With the stretches maybe go over the pencils with vivid so it makes it more eye catching and it will be easier to read
now it is time for me to go have a good day and if you get the chance pay a visit to my blog
